Founded in 1988, we are a privately held oil and gas exploration and production company with operations across Ohio and Pennsylvania. Over nearly four decades, we’ve built a strong foundation in the acquisition, drilling, and operation of oil and natural gas properties, with more than 125 wells currently under our operation.

In addition to our operated assets, we partner in joint ventures with other respected industry operators, leveraging shared expertise and resources. We also provide geological consulting, field surveys, production evaluation, and well management services to third-party clients on a contract basis.

Recognizing the need for reliable, field-based support services, we recently established a dedicated operations division offering right-of-way mowing, land clearing, slope maintenance, and other related work for the oil and gas industry. This expansion builds on our decades of field experience and allows us to serve both operators and landowners with practical, on-the-ground solutions.
